As members, you do not need to book to visit the Zoo, you can just turn up whenever is most convenient. If you are bringing people not covered by the membership, you will need to purchase tickets for them. If you have visited the zoo and paid for admission 14 days before you become a member, we can also deduct the price from the cost of your membership (on a like for like basis)! Please call the office on 01275 852606 as we can only deduct your tickets from a membership over the phone. All members receive the exclusive perks listed below:
Please note the 10% off catering outlets includes all catering facilities. Our parent and toddler group runs on Mondays and Wednesdays within term time. To receive the friends and family discount, friends and family must visit with a current member, showing a membership card. Your friends and family must purchase their day entry tickets directly from the ticket office.

*Children (ages 2-16), Concession (students with valid ID, adults aged 65+), Additional children can only be added to a family membership. Memberships can be purchased online and you can select when you would like your membership to commence. Annual memberships are non transferable and have photographic ID attached.

Gift memberships are issued in the form of a voucher which is sent via email. The voucher can only be redeemed through our website by entering the 16-digit unique code in the gift voucher code box at the checkout page.
A gift membership can only be used against a like for like membership. For example, an adult gift membership cannot be used against any other membership plan, i.e. a 2+2 membership. Additional child memberships can only be purchased alongside a 2+2 or 1+2 membership plan. All memberships are specific to the one person and are non-transferable. A photo will be taken on the members first visit to add to their account.
A gift membership voucher is valid for one year from date of purchase. All new members must provide their order reference number at the Ticket Office to collect their membership card. Please note, we are unable to post membership cards.
