SPECTACLED BEAR ENCOUNTER
Come and meet our Spectacled Bears. Go behind the scenes and enjoy an exclusive Encounter with male bear Rasu. Join our Keepers on the view point to see Madidi and her cubs Beni and Tuichi (from a safe distance of course!), whilst learning about the feeding and enrichment for our family of bears. Bear Encounters are at 2:30pm Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and must be prebooked.

AFRICAN LION ENCOUNTER
Come face to face with our family of lions. Go behind the scenes and help prepare their food, then take part in an up close Encounter with these magnificant animals. Join our Keeper in an exclusive area and feed the lions (from a safe distance of course!), whilst learning all about our lions and their personalities. Encounters are at 10am on a Sunday and must be prebooked.

GIANT TORTOISE ENCOUNTER
Spend 20 minutes behind the scenes with our Keepers and the Giant Tortoises, learning about their personalities! This is your chance to feed a giant and find out about how they live in the wild. You may even get the chance to give them a scratch! Encounters are at 2.30pm daily and must be prebooked. For ages 6+.

Capybara and Tapir Encounter
Spend 20 minutes with our Keepers behind the scenes meeting our capybara and tapir. This is your chance to meet these fantastic creatures and find out about how they live in the wild. You may even get the chance to give them a scratch! Encounters are at 11.30am on Fridays and Saturday. All Encounters must be prebooked.

PORCUPINE & SKUNK ENCOUNTER
Enjoy a 20 minute alternative Encounter meeting our porcupines and skunks. Go with behind the scenes with a Keeper to hand feed and learn all about these unique animals. Encounters take place at 10am for 20 minutes, Monday to Sunday, excluding Wednesday. All Encounters must be prebooked.
