Our workshops are designed to be a fun and interactive environment for learning and are linked to the National Curriculum. The classroom workshops provide the perfect opportunity to learn about a huge range of topics and to meet some of our friendly animal critters!

The workshops are excellent value at just £35 per 30min session and £45 per 45min session*.

Our education programme is accredited by the Council for Learning Outside the Classroom so you can rest-assured that all of our educational activities are of a high standard.

Secondary workshops: Key Stages 3 and 4

Duration: KS3 and KS4 workshops can be 45 minutes (charged at £45*) or 60 minutes long (charged at £60), depending on your requirements.

We can deliver any of the KS1/2 topics at KS3/4 level. In addition, we can tailor make a session just for you

Walking Safari - Amazing Animal Adaptations (outdoor session)

Explore part of the zoo with our dedicated team while learning lots about Amazing Animal Adaptations! The Amazing Adaptations Walking Safari is a curriculum linked interactive tour.

Please note, this session does not involve hands on access with our smaller animals but does include a detailed/up close look at some of our Big Zoo animals in their enclosures.

Duration: Our Walking Safari is around 30 minutes long.

Maximum 15 children per session.
